Easiest juice to make:
- Press three lemons.
- Add one tea spoon of honey. You can also do two, if you want it to be more sugary.
- Add a pinch of Cayenne pepper.
- Finally, dilute with water and stir in. (Trick: Use hot water for an easier mix.)
The ingredients properties:
- The lemon helps your body to detox and fight against illnesses.
- Honey has interesting properties too: it reinforces your immune system, calms sore throat and hangovers.
- The Cayenne pepper acts as an energy boost.
